REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI 2023
Tulisan ini adalah tentang catatan kegiatan REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2023 di Hotel Grand Kanjuruhan, Kepanjen, Kab Malang.
Peserta acara ini adalah berasal dari 4 kakek anak dari DJOERI dan 3 kakek lainnya yang masih berhubungan secara keluarga dengan DJOERI.
4 Klan yang terhubung adalah:
- BANI SUJONO
- BANI SALIM
- BANI SALEH, dan
- BANI WAJIB.
Sedangkan Klan lainnya yang masih berdekatan secara hubungan bathin dan emosional adalah:
- BANI MARPU’AH
- BANI ABDUL GHOFUR
- BANI TOHKARYO
Total peserta acara ini adalah 200 orang dengan rincian 180 keluarga peserta menginap di 60 kamar, 20 keluarga tidak menginap setelah acara.
INISIATOR ACARA
Acara reuni akbar ini adalah inisiatif dari anggota keluarga besar trah DJOERI, sebut saja EDI WINARNO.
Edi memiliki cita-cita mengumpulkan lebih banyak lagi saudara yang tersebar di berbagai kota di negeri ini.
Sebelumnya ia telah mewujudkan impiannya mengumpulkan saudara dari Keluarga besar ayahnya saja, yaitu Bani SALEH atau bani Mochamad Saleh.
Kali ini ia ingin mengumpulkan saudaranya, anak dan cucu dari trah Juri atau DJOERI.
DJOERI adalah nama ayah dari 4 anak laki-laki yang telah saya sebut 4 klan pada ketikan diawal.
Secara silsilah, DJOERI memiliki 4 anak , yaitu:
- SUJONO atau ACHMAD SOEDJONO atau MOCHAMAD SOEDJONO,
- SALIM atau MOCHAMAD SALIM,
- SALEH atau MOCHAMAD SALEH, dan yang terakhir adalah
- WAJIB atau ABDUL WADJIB.
Dari ke-4 anak ini, masing-masing memiliki anak dan cucu yang tersebar di berbagai kota di Pulau Jawa dan Propinsi Lampung, pulau Sumatera.
Panitia Acara ini melaksanakan apa yang diharapkan oleh penggagas dan harapannya acara ini akan seperti yang para orang tua harapkan.
Anggota keluarga besar ini mempercayakan kepada YOHAN putra SURYOTOK putra SALEH putra DJOERI sebagai Ketua Panitia acara ini.
Bendahara dipercayakan kepada ANA putri SURYONOK putra SALEH putra DJOERI.
PERSIAPAN REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
BANNER PENYAMBUT
Banner acara telah menyambut kedatangan peserta acara ini.
Cek-In Hotel dimulai sejak pukul 14 sore. Peserta berdatangan menggunakan kemdaraan pribadi maupun kendaraan umum.
Beberapa peserta dari Lumbangsari menggunakan kendaraan mikrolet untuk bersama- sama mendatangi lokasi acara.
Namun peserta acara ini mulai memasuki Hotel pada pukul 16.00 WIB.
Hotel mulai ramai setelah perlahan – lahan peserta memasuki loket receptionist hotel untuk mendapatkan jatah kamar yang telah diatur oleh panitia.
Paling ramai adalah Hotel 2 yang terletak di belakang hotel depan.
Pada rencana awal, Hotel belakang adalah peruntukkannya bagi semua peserta.
Karena pertimbangan usia peserta dan tidak adanya Lift pada Hotel 2 , maka panitia juga menyewa kamar Hotel 1 untuk peserta Lansia / Senior.
KUNCI KAMAR DAN NAME TAG
Setelah mendapatkan kunci kamar hotel, maka peserta satu-persatu masuk ke kamar masing masing sesuai dengan nomer kamar mereka.
Meletakkan barang dan beristirahat sejenak. Mandi di kolam dan shower yang telah tersedia di kamar hote mereka.
Anak- anak dan dewasa beberapa nampak mandi di Kolam renang yang tersedia di Hotel ini.
Di samping mendapatkan kunci kamar, peserta juga mendapatkan Name Tag yang dapat mereka cantolkan di baju masing-masing untuk tanda pengenal.
Name Tag ini sebagai tanda peserta Reuni di samping sebagai pengenal untuk dibaca oleh anggota keluarga dari klan lain yang belum kenal.
Hampir sebagian banyak peserta ini tidak saling tahu nama nama saudaranya dari klan lainnya.
Ini karena sebagian cucu dan buyut dari DJOERI telah menyebar ke kota lain dan belum pernah berkunjung ke tanah asal leluhur mereka di kota Malang hingga saat ini.
Name Tag ini sebagai solusi untuk ini.
DINNER KELUARGA DJOERI
Hotel Grand Kanjuruhan memiliki fasilitas Makan Malam pada para penginapnya dan ini merupakan keuntungan dari panitia.
Panitia tidak perlu mencarikan makan malam untuk peserta karena telah tersediakan oleh pihak Hotel.
Karena keluarga yang menginap ini adalah hingga 200 orang, maka pihak hotel mengkhususkan acara makan malam ini di Restoran SEKARTAJI yang berada di Hotel depan lantai dasar.
Dinner mulai pukul 18.00 atau bakda sholat maghrib untuk wilayah Malang Raya.
PESERTA DARI LUAR KOTA TERJEBAK MACET
Peserta dari luar kota malang yang rencanya akan masuk hotel pada pukul 17 terpaksa masuk pelataran parkir hotel pada pukul 18.30.
Padahal rombongan ini telah keluar dari pintu Tol Sawojajar pada pukul 16.30.
Rupanya bis terjebak macet di jalur kota yang saat itu lalu lintas sedang padat merayap.
Karena terlambat masuk ke hotel, maka panitia segera mempersilahkan para penumpang bis yang telah sampai untuk langsung masuk ke Restauran Sekartaji tanpa Cek In terlebih dahulu.
Peserta “tumplek-blek” atau tumpah melimpah hingga antri.
Pada makan malam ini sempat ada kejadian kehabisan nasi karena kapasitas yang luar biasa dari restauran.
JADWAL REUNI MUNDUR 1 JAM
Akibat bis peserta yang terlambat datang ini maka berakibat pada mundurnya jadwal acara Reuni Akbar kali ini.
Semula acara adalah pada pukul 19.30 sesuai Rundown acara.
Karena peserta luar kota harus cek in dan membersihkan diri dahulu setelah makan malam, maka acarapun dimulai pada pukul 20.30.
REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
DOKUMENTASI KELUARGA DJOERI
Acara Reuni AKbar ini dilaksanakan pada 1 Juli 2023 mulai pukul 20.30 di Ballroom Hotel Grand Kanjuruhan Kepanjen ruangan Singhasari yang berkapasitas 200 orang.
PRA ACARA
Selama acara belum mulai, hiburan musik di dalam gedung ini telah mulai.
Beberapa peserta yang sudah berkumpul terlebih dahulu ada beberapa yang mencoba menghibur diri dengan bernyanyi yang di iringi oleh electone KHARISMA INDAH dari kota Gondanglegi pimpinan bapak MEMET.
Panggung utama masih sepi belum ada peserta atau nara sumber yang duduk di sana.
Hinga waktu menunjukkan pukul 20.30, para peserta telah berkumpul lengkap di dalam ballroom ini.
LAPORAN PANITIA REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
Acara dimulai pada saat Master Ceremony (MC) menyapa peserta dan membacakan susunan acara untuk malam ini.
Ketua Panitia, Yohan Indrawijaya dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terima kasih atas kedatangan para peserta yang telah mendapatkan undangan dari Panitia acara ini.
Ia juga melaporkan bahwa peserta acara ini adalah 200 orang dengan rincian menepati 60 kamar menginap dan beberapa sisanya adalah pulang ke rumah masing-masing di sekitar Hotel.
Panitia mengucapkan rasa terima kasih kepada para Donatur acara yang telah iklas memberikan bantuan untuk membiayai acara ini.
Ucapan terima kasih juga disampaikan Panitia kepada salah satu anggota keluarga ini yang tidak mau disebutkan namanya yang telah menyumbang hampir 90% beban biaya panitia ini.
Hadirin memberikan apresiasi dengan bertepuk tangan dengan keras dan meriah.
Pada ungkapan terakhir, ketua panitia menyampaikan ucapan selamat ber-reuni dan dengan penuh sukacita dan bahagia semoga acara ini menjadi acara yang berarti dalam sejarah hidup semua peserta. Aamiin.
KENTONGAN PEMBUKA ACARA REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
Sebelum acara ini dibuka, Host acara meminta 4 perempuan wakil dari 4 trah untuk menuju meja pembicara di atas panggung yang berhadapan dengan penonton.
Ke-4 perempuan itu adalah:
- SRIATI mewakili keluarga besar SUJONO,
- SUMAKYAH mewakili keluarga besar SALIM,
- SURATEMI mewakili keluarga besar SALEH, dan terakhir adalah
- MUSIDA mewakili keluarga besar WAJIB.
Setelah sampai di meja narasumber , Ketua Panitia menyerahkan 4 buah Kentongan bambu kepada 4 perempuan ini.
Setelah hitungan ke-3, kentongan dipukul keras keras selama 30 detik sebagai tanda untuk mengjak berkumpul 4 kelurga besar TRAH DJOERI.
Penonton yang sebagian besar adalah merupakan anak cucu DJOERI bertepuk tangan untuk itu dengan meriah.
SAMBUTAN KELUARGA SUJONO
Sambutan dari Keluarga besar SUJONO disampaikan oleh MARYAM, putri dari PASIR, putra dari SUJONO.
MARYAM mengatakan bahwa ia sangat bangga dan bahagia bisa berdiri di tengah – tengah saudara yang saat ini berada di dalam ballroom ini.
Selanjutnya keluarga besar Sujono berfoto bersama di depan hadirin.
SAMBUTAN KELUARGA SALIM
Sambutan dari keluarga SALIM adalah oleh MAHMUDI. Ia adalah anak menantu dari SUMAKYAH, putri dari SALIM.
MAHMUDI memperkenalkan semua anggota keluarga SALIM dan menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada panitia dan donatur acara ini.
Keluarga Besar Salim berfoto bersama dalam momen ini.
SAMBUTAN KELUARGA SALEH
Sambutan dari keluarga SALEH disampaikan oleh SURYOTOK. Ia adalah cucu dari mbah JURI dari ayah SALEH.
Dalam sambutannya ia banyak menyampaikan cerita tentang mbah JURI semasa masih hidup.
SURYOTOK menyampaikan rasa bahagia telah berada di ruangan ini.

SAMBUTAN KELUARGA WAJIB
Sambutan dari keluarga WAJIB disampaikan oleh MUKLAS atau biasa orang menyebut dengan nama SONI.
SONI menucapkan rasa terima kasih kepada panitia dan donatur yang telah bersusah payah untuk acara ini.

SAMBUTAN KELUARGA MARPU’AH
Marpu’ah adalah adik ipar JURI. Semasa hidupnya mereka sangat dekat. Hingga anak anak Marpu’ah seperti keluarga inti dari JURI.
Sambutan dari keluarga ini disampaikan oleh ALFAN.
ALFAN adalah anak dari RASI’UN dan cucu dari MARPU’AH.
Keluarga MARPU’AH berfoto bersama.
SAMBUTAN KELUARGA ABDUL GHOFUR
ABDUL GHOFUR atau DULGAPUR atau MBAH DUL adalah adik JURI. Keluarga ini tinggal di JAGALAN, Malang Kota dan bebarapa tinggal di Kepanjen, Surabaya dan Jakarta.
Sambutan keluarga ini diwakili oleh SAMSUL bin IMAM bin ABDULGHOFUR.
SAMSUL menyatakan rasa terima kasih kepada panitia dan merasa berbahagia bisa berkumpul bersama keluarga besar ini.
Selanjutnya mereka menyempatkan diri untuk berfoto bersama.
SAMBUTAN KELUARGA TOKARYO
TOKARYO adalah kakak dari JURI. TOKARYO memiliki anak cucu yang tinggal di Talangsuko Turen dan sebagian di propinsi Lampung dan kota Jakarta.
Sambutan keluarga ini disampaikan oleh KUSNO yang tinggal di Lampung Selatan.
Kusno memang menyempatkan diri untuk mendatangi acara ini demi ingin melihat keluarga besarnya.
Selanjutnya Keluarga Tokaryo menyempatkan diri untuk berfoto.
DOA PENUTUP
7 keluarga telah memberi sambutan dan terakhir adalah do’a penutup.
Do’a majelis ini disampaikan oleh BISRI, anggota keluarga dari klan SUJONO.
BISRI adalah cucu menantu paling tua di dalam strata keluarga JURI.
Setelah acara do’a penutup, maka rangkaian acara Reuni Keluarga ini selesai.
HIBURAN MUSIK
Lanjutan adalah hiburan. Hiburan ini adalah bernyanyi bagi siapa saja anggota keluarga besar yang ingin bernyanyi dengan iringan organ tunggal KHARISMA INDAH dari kota PAGELARAN Malang.
BERMALAM BERSAMA DI GRAND KANJURUHAN
Setelah acara usai pada pukul 22.30, maka para peserta kembali ke kamar hotel masing-masing.
Namun ada beberapa dari peserta ini malah pergi ke kolam renang untuk berenang malam hari.
Ada yang pergi ke resto hotel untuk bercakap-cakap dengan saudara yang telah lama tidak mereka jumpai, ada pula yang berjalan-jalan di area hotel.
Sebanyak 60 Keluarga berkumpul di Hotel ini untuk bermalam bersama.
List manifes hotel tercatat ada 180 nama terdaftar yang bermalam di hotel ini.
SELAMAT PAGI REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
Pagi hari di Hotel setelah acara reuni semalam masih bersama penginap yang sebagian besar adalah anggota Reuni dari keluarga besar DJOERI.
Cuaca pagi ini cerah berawan.
Jadwal hari ini adalah sarapan dan hiburan badut dari kota Malang.
PAGI BERSERI DI KOLAM RENANG
Kolam renang Hotel penuh berisikan anggota keluarga Besar JURI.
Banyak anak anak dan remaja mandi dan berenang di pagi ini.
Beberapa orang tua bersantai dan sekedar ngobrol di pinggir kolam sambil menunggui anak dan cucu mereka yang tengah berenang di kolam.
BREAKFAST DI RESTO HOTEL
Peserta acara yang telah mandi bergerak ke resto Hotel masing masing.
Para penginap hotel depan sarapan di resto Sekartaji depan dan para penginap hotel belakang sarapan di resto yang tersedia di latai dasar hotel dekat dengan receptionist.
Beberapa peserta ada yang telah sarapan terlebih dahulu.
Ada pula yang mengambil jatah sarapan terus jalan-jalan di area hotel.
OM DODDY BADUT TERLIBAT DALAM REUNI AKBAR TRAH DJOERI
Di sela- sela sesi sarapan, panitia juga mendatangkan hiburan badut dari kota Malang. Badut dengan nama panggung DODDY BADUT ini menghibur adik-adik yang baru saja mandi dan sarapan.
Menonton pada acara hiburan badut ini tidak hanya anak – anak akan tetapi para orang tua yang mengawal anak-anak mereka bahkan orang tua yang mendampingi cucu mereka.
Pukul 09.30 peserta harus Chek-out dari hotel karena harus ke Lumbangsari untuk agenda acara selanjutnya: PERTEMUAN KELUARGA BANI ROES TALANGSUKO di LUMBANGSARI.
