This power amplifier schematic diagram contains of several blocks including:

Preamplifier. Its using transistors Q402 and Q404, also Q406 and Q408 as current stabilizers to bias this preamp.

Voltage amplification stage. At this stage using transistors Q412 and Q420 act as amplifiers for phase A and next
Q410, Q416 to Q416 as current mirrors to help make the voltage gain at the other side of the phase.

Q424 and Q426 are 2 transistors that serve as servo drivers in this power amplifier circuit.

The CA260 using 2 stages transistor for Driver Power Stage with darlingotn system at Q428+Q432 also Q430+Q434.

And lastly, The Power Amp section consist of 2 pair of Q436 until Q442 2 pairs of C3182+A1265.

NOTE

In your DIY amp, you can replace R482, R450, R478 and R480 with a trimpot for make an idle current setting for the emitter of the power amplifier transistor.

By 31 VDC supply, the amp able to produce 86 Watt audio output at 4 Ohm Load but HARMAN said that the amp could be handle 2 Ohm until 90Watt output.

Moreover, at BTL connection the amp can be reaching out 180 Watt at 4 Ohm.

Beside, the pair of 2SC3182 and 2SA1265 only able to make 100 Watts. It mean that amplifier could make 200 Watt every channel because of 2 pair of it. ( DATASHEETS ).

  1. Ini tegangan power supply nya ada 2 ya mas?

    1. Jadikan satu saja gak papa LUR. Tapi ya gitu, output tidak bisa maksimal hingga 30 VAC pada speaker 8 Ohm milik sampeyan. Kemungkinan hanya bisa mencapai 20 hingga 24 VAC saja.
