MOSFET 800 WATT AUSTRALIAN MONITOR

Sebuah servis manual lawas saya temukan pada sebuah Power Amplifier dengan Final output MOSFET yang total dayanya adalah 800 watt pada mode BTL merk AUSTRALIAN MONITOR.

Seri ini adalah AM1200 yang terbit pada era 90-an. Penampakan Power adalah SEPERTI INI. Sedangkan isi dalam power ampli LIHAT SINI.

SKEMA

Setelah saya peroleh skema nya, maka nampak di sini skema agak buram. Akan tetapi masih bisa kita pahami.

Berikut ini adalah skema hasil editnya:

MOSFET 800 WATT AUSTRALIAN

Rangkaian ini tidak menggunakan driver amplifier. Output dari titik penguat tegangan akan langsung menuju ke Gate dari MOSFET untuk mensaklar dan menghantarkan arus.

Power amplifier ini menggunakan transistor final output berjenis MOSFET yang pada era 90-an termasuk tren dan maju.

MOSFET yang mereka pakai adalah pasangan seri 2SK176 dan 2SJ56 yang memiliki kemampuan dissipasi daya hingga 125 Watt ( DATASHEETS ).

Sehingga total daya satu kanal adalah hingga 375 Watt.

Dengan demikian maka akan ada kemungkinan daya maksimal hingga 750 Watt pada mode BTL.

Tegangan Supplai untuk Final Power adalah 70 Volt Dc simetris sedangkan tegangan supplai untuk preamp dan penguat tegangan adalah 86 Volt simetris.

Dengan demikian maka memungkinkan bagi power amplifier ini untuk memperoleh daya hingga 441 Watt pada beban 4 Ohm.
